iMarket — Features

Every Vehicle.
Fully Handled.

From the moment a feed lands to the moment a lead replies. Here's everything iMarket does with a vehicle — and everything it stops you from having to do twice.

In and Out

Twelve Ways In.
Twenty Ways Out.

Whatever shape your inventory arrives in, it leaves in whatever shape each destination demands. You configure it once.

Fetch over HTTP, FTP/SFTP or plain upload. Deliver by one-shot download, a permanent hosted feed URL the platform polls itself, or a scheduled FTP/SFTP push — hourly, every six hours, daily or weekly.

The Inventory

Type the VIN.
Get the Car.

Paste a seventeen-character VIN and iMarket decodes it against the NHTSA database — year, make, model, trim, engine, body, fuel — then uses AI to fill in whatever the decode left blank. Responses are cached for thirty days, so the same VIN never costs you twice.

  • Vehicle health panel — channel status, age against your thresholds, and listing completeness against an eight-photo target
  • Multi-lot support — showroom, overflow, storage and offsite, with unit counts per location
  • Recon cost tracking — estimate versus actual, rolled into an all-in cost per unit
  • Feature catalog — tick standard equipment, or let AI pick what's OEM-standard for that exact trim
  • Photo gallery — drag to reorder, set the primary, auto-resized, watermarked on upload
Feeds That Look After Themselves

Set the Schedule.
Walk Away.

Intake
Scheduled Pulls

Point a schedule at an FTP drop or a URL and iMarket fetches it on its own. Every run is logged with totals for inserted, updated, skipped and errored rows — so a broken feed is obvious, not silent.

Intake
Mapping Wizard

Feed in a shape nobody recognises? Map the columns yourself once and save the mapping to the schedule. Every future pull uses it automatically.

Intake
Diff & Sweep

A schedule can mark vehicles that vanish from the next pull as sold or archived. Your online inventory tracks your real inventory without anyone reconciling a spreadsheet.

Intake
Rollback

Every vehicle carries the source and reference it arrived with. A botched import can be undone in one action rather than deleted row by row.

Broadcast
Hosted Feed URLs

Each export can live at a permanent tokenised URL that the destination polls on its own schedule. Nothing to upload, nothing to remember — and the token can be rotated whenever you want.

Broadcast
Scheduled Push

For destinations that want a file delivered, iMarket pushes over FTP or SFTP on a schedule you pick, with the credentials encrypted at rest.

The Lead Inbox

The Follow-Up
Sends Itself.

Every form submission from your storefront lands in one pipeline — new, contacted, won, lost, spam — with the page it came from attached. Reply from inside the app. And if nobody gets to it, the sequence goes out anyway.

  • Source attribution — vehicle page, search results, landing page or finance calculator
  • Three-touch sequence at day 1, day 3 and day 7 — editable per dealer, with a never-send-twice guard
  • Notes and status on every lead, with the vehicle linked
  • ADF XML export — route leads into the CRM you already run
Accounts & Safety

Your Data
Stays Yours.

Three Permission Levels

Platform operator, dealership manager and staff user. Managers invite and manage their own team; staff get the day-to-day tools without the account controls.

Keys Encrypted at Rest

Your AI key, your market-data key, your FTP credentials and your social tokens are all encrypted in the database — not sitting in a config file.

One Dealer Can't See Another

Every dealer-scoped query is filtered at the repository level, and a query that somehow arrives without a dealer throws rather than returning everything. Photos are streamed from outside the webroot, so guessing a URL gets you nowhere.

Audit Log on Everything

Every elevated action is written to an audit trail, including any time a platform operator steps into a dealership account to help.

Will it work with my feed?

Almost certainly. There are twelve built-in formats covering vAuto, HomeNet, AutoTrader Canada, Kijiji, CarGurus and ADF, plus generic CSV, JSON and XML. Anything else goes through the mapping wizard — if you can export it, we can read it.

How many vehicles can I have?

No hard cap. It's been tested into the thousands. Every per-dealer index leads with the dealer, so the inventory pages stay fast whether you run twenty units or two hundred.

Do I have to leave my current website?

No. The WordPress companion plugin drops your inventory into the site you already have with a shortcode. The hosted storefront is there if you want it, not because you have to use it.

One Feed.
One Login.
One Job Done.

Send us the feed you already have and we'll show you your own lot running inside iMarket — decoded, merchandised and ready to publish.
